We have heard from the cTrader Open API support team that the system is back up, we will continue to monitor but we are starting to see orders being placed again.
The cTrader Open API, which Cwebhook relies on, is currently experiencing a widespread outage affecting all API users. As a result, no webhooks are being processed at this time.
